Pitt County Announces Business Recovery Grant for N.C. Businesses PITT COUNTY, N.C. – The North Carolina Department of Revenue (NCDOR) announced on Thursday, December 16, 2021 that it will begin accepting applications for Business Recovery Grants immediately.
