Southampton, PA (March 9, 2011) - Hart Corporation is pleased to announce that a sale has been negotiated for the 137,127 square foot facility owned by Robert Bosch Corporation in Greenville. N.C. The building sits on 10.64 acres, with ceiling heights from 14’ to 24’, 40’x 40’ column spacing and includes a total of 6 dock-high loading doors.
Greenville, which was named #2 in Forbes.com’s 2009 ranking of “Best Places for Business and Careers”, is accessible off the US 264 bypass, roughly 85 miles east of the capitol, Raleigh. The buyer, Confidential Records Management, Inc., (CRMI) is a business and health care information management and professional record management company. Unique services include a state-of-the-art fire rated data vault as well as hard copy, microform and vital record protection. CRMI specializes in information destruction as well as hard drive and media destruction services. As a full service record management company, CRMI serves clients throughout the state and with this expansion of the current Greenville operations, becomes the largest record management company in the area. Renovation of the facility should be completed by late spring.
